01. Information We Collect

We collect only the bare technical minimum required to facilitate order verification, prevent key sharing, and provide support:

• Discord Identity: Your Discord username or ID, utilized for support ticket routing and license delivery.
• Transaction Reference: Order ID and customer email for payment receipt verification. Financial data (credit card numbers, crypto private keys) is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Trybit, PayPal) and is never touched by our servers.
• Hardware Identifier (HWID): A one-way SHA-256 cryptographic digest derived from hardware components to bind your subscription to your authorized PC. No plaintext system information is stored.
• Network Metadata: Transient, anonymized connection IPs for anti-DDoS mitigation and brute-force protection.

02. Non-Invasive Client Operations

Our software loader runs strictly within memory during gaming sessions. It does not scan personal directories, harvest browser cookies, capture webcam or microphone feeds, or upload sensitive user documents.

03. Third-Party Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal information to third parties or marketing brokers. We maintain an independent, private infrastructure.

04. Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your Discord ticketing records and contact information at any time by contacting our administrators via Discord.

01. No Permanent Undetected Guarantee

Modern anti-cheat systems (including Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, Ricochet, Vanguard, VAC, and proprietary server monitors) continuously update their signature databases, heuristic routines, and behavioral AI. While our engineering team develops advanced ring-0 kernel bypasses and custom build mutations, no provider in the world can truthfully guarantee 100% eternal undetected status. Any provider claiming otherwise is dishonest.

02. Full Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NVX Cheats, its developers, operators, or affiliates be held liable for:

• In-game account suspensions, temporary cooldowns, rank rollbacks, or permanent bans issued by game developers or publishers.
• Hardware-level penalties (HWID bans) imposed by anti-cheat systems.
• Loss of digital in-game cosmetics, battle passes, virtual currency, or competitive ratings.
• Any operating system instability arising from third-party software conflicts or modified Windows configurations.

03. Customer Due Diligence

Users are strictly required to verify the live operational status of any software on our store or Discord announcement channels prior to launching. Injecting while a product is marked as Updating, Testing, or Maintenance is done in direct violation of our instructions.

01. Limited Grant of License

NVX Cheats grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to execute our compiled client binary strictly for personal entertainment and evaluation purposes on a single authorized machine.

02. Explicit Reverse-Engineering & Cracking Prohibition

Under this Agreement, you are strictly and expressly prohibited from:

• Running, attaching, or analyzing our software with debuggers, disassemblers, packet sniffers, or memory scanners (including x64dbg, IDA Pro, Ghidra, Cheat Engine, Process Hacker, Wireshark, ScyllaHide).
• Dumping runtime memory, hooking system exports, unpacking, or reverse-engineering proprietary bypass routines.
• Intercepting, modifying, or replaying authentication traffic between the loader and our cloud infrastructure.
• Sublicensing, leasing, renting, sharing, reselling, or cracking any software key or loader file.

03. Intellectual Property

All code, custom kernel drivers, binary encryptions, user interface designs, and branding remain the sole intellectual property of NVX Cheats. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
